Romanian deputies approve the reduction of the tax on special constructions
The Romanian deputies have approved, today, a reduction of the tax on special constructions from 1.5 to 1 percent. The tax was had been introduced earlier this year and applies to buildings that are not covered by the tax, such as poles, ramps or concrete platforms. Today, the Chamber of Deputies has also approved the legal document enabling the Government to issue ordinances during the month of parliamentary vacation in January 2015.
The auto market in Romania has grown this year
The auto market in Romania has recorded in the first 11 months of the year, for the first time, an increase compared with the same period last year. However, the national production has dropped by almost three and a half percent, according to data presented by the Association of Automotive Manufacturers and Importers. The report by the Association shows that 2014 is the first year of growing of the auto market after six consecutive years of strong decrease. After the first 11 months of this year, total vehicle sales has increased by 24 percent.
