Mugur Isărescu: There is quite a long way from economic growth to people’s wallets. Most of the times, it is a long way. The indicator that we should analyze is the available income, what people have left in their wallets. This available income is getting lower and we should probably wonder why a program meant to ease the burden of credit reimbursement based on available income is left in the shadow while all sorts of other projects emerge but do nothing else than discourage loan contracting in the long run, even manage to get the better of it.
