President Klaus Iohannis, Prime Minister Dacian Ciolos and Minister Mircea Dumitru sent messages on the occasion of World Teacher’s Day, messages which stress that the profession of teacher involves both vocation and a great responsibility towards children. In a message on Facebook, President Iohannis thanked the teachers for their dedication to shape and guide the destinies of millions of students. Prime Minister Ciolos appreciated that the role of education must remain a fundamental one in Romania. World Teacher’s Day is a good opportunity for people to thank teachers for the role in their personal and professional definition, wrote also Prime Minister. Dutch Defense Minister pays a visit to Romania
Dutch Defense Minister Jeanine Hennis pays a visit to Romania, where he will meet with his counterpart, Mihnea Motoc and will deliver a speech in Bucharest Security Forum. Migration, NATO missions and security in the Black Sea are some of the topics on the agenda. Russia’s growing military presence in the Black Sea concernes not only countries in the area, but also those in the West. The two ministers will sign a letter of intent on broad cooperation of the two armed forces – Dutch and Romanian. Dutch Minister’s visit will end at Security Forum in Bucharest. Measures adopted by the government in an attempt to prevent and reduce pollution
Any gas station built before January 1st 2012 must be equipped with a vapor recovery equipment. The measure was adopted yesterday by Romanian government in an attempt to prevent and reduce pollution. In addition, the economic operators must limit vapors emitted into the atmosphere during storage, loading, unloading and distribution of fuel in filling stations, established the government.
