Prime Minister Sorin Grindeanu had marathon meetings with representatives of three ministries. At the Health Ministry, Prime Minister said that the the priority is investments in this area, but also lowering drug prices. Visiting the Ministry of Transport, Sorin Grindeanu asked the minister and its employees to make more movements on the ground so as to check the progress of works. After the visit to this ministry, Prime Minister Sorin Grindeanu wanted to reaffirm that the former Ciolos government did not absorb any euro in the European budgetary exercise of 2014 – 2020. At the Ministry of Education, the head of government discussed with Minister Pavel Nastase about the new education bill, but also about salary increases that will follow in this sector. Minister for Romanians Abroad Andreea Păstarnac is in favor of reviewing legislation on Romanian communities and supports the project for online courses in Romanian language for those abroad. Topics that are vital and essential for historical communities may be resonant also for the Romanians who live today in large communities in Europe, the United States or other meridians. Minister for Romanians Abroad has projects that will run along together with those to whom they are addressed, aimed to make communities closer, thus responding to the needs of everybody.

Great artist Tudor Gheorghe was awarded the title of Ambassador of traditions and national identity
In a ceremony organized by the National Coalition for the Modernization of Romania the great artist Tudor Gheorghe was awarded the title of Ambassador of traditions and national identity for all his did for Romania and for Romanians. The ceremony was attended by many personalities of Romanian culture, including the culture Minister, Ionut Vulpescu. The event will be followed by an extraordinary concert performed by Tudor Gheorghe on March 21st at the Palace Hall. (RADIO ROMANIA reports)
