The state of wounded soldiers in Afghanistan is good, said the Minister of National Defense, Mihai Fifor. He specified that they are in a base in Kandahar and that they will resume their work in the shortest possible time. Eight soldiers were injured on April 30th in Afghanistan during a mission in the area of responsibility, being the target of a car bomb. (RADIO ROMANIA reports)

Border police captured more than 90,000 contraband packets of cigarette, electronic items and different amounts of money during searches conducted in Constanta county. According to the Coast Guard, five people, aged between 39 and 61, who would have organized the clandestine transport with cigarettes, have already been interviewed. The damage exceeds one million lei. (RADIO ROMANIA reports)
