Tulcea County Hospital, in southeastern Romania, near the border with Ukraine, announced on Tuesday it provides free medical care for Ukrainian refugees, mostly women and children, who continue to cross the border into Romania, fleeing fighting between Ukrainian forces and Russian troops. In addition to medical care, the hospital also has a team of psychologists and therapists who can provide psychological assistance to refugees, said the manager of the medical facility, Tudor Năstăsescu, who added that almost every ward in the hospital has Ukrainian-speaking staff. The Tulcea County Hospital offers to provide medical assistance and care also for Ukrainian wounded soldiers, said Romanian official.
