The Nădlac Border Point 2 continues to be crowded

More than 218.000 people with Ukrainian citizenship have arrived in Romania since the start of the war in the neighboring country, but most of them, almost 150.000, were only in transit.

At most, according to the online traffic application, people stay at Nădlac 2 for a maximum of four hours, but the waiting times were even longer last night and during the night due to insufficient staff on the Hungarian side, according to the Border Police.

Romanian authorities have opened six arteries to leave the country, while only three enter Hungary. Many of the cars have Ukrainian license plates. According to correspondent Ioan Suciu, fed up with the state in the column, the drivers honked insistently and say that for the Ukrainian citizens who want to get to other states of the European Union, special colors should have been opened./aboboc
