Ukrainian refugees have gone to several districts, where ordinary people, companies or authorities offer them shelter and basic goods. Ukrainians who fled the war have also reached Bistriţa Năsăud.
The Municipality of Bistriţa is ready, if needed, to organize, together with the District Committee for Emergency Situations, two camps, in The Sărata Industrial Park.
