The Military Emergency Hospital in Constanţa is ready to receive wounded from the Ukrainian war. So far, medical staff has been asked to give medical aid only to refugees who arrived in Constanţa.
Given that those wounded would especially need surgical interventions, The Mobile Military Hospital, on Portul stadium, cannot be used at this moment for this purpose. The Modular Medical System of Isolation and Treatment, under its official name, hasn’t been used much during the pandemic either, said colonel Ovidiu Preda.
