Yallow flood codes in western Romania

Yellow flood codes were issued in Romania’s north- and south- and north-western regions of Transylvania, Crișana, Banat and Oltenia. Floods are also expected on small rivers in the counties of Hunedoara, Caraș- Severin and Gorj (south-western Romania). Extensive flooding in Romania recently left roads damaged and disrupted rail services. Some of the main factors coffirming the global warming include poor sewage in towns, illegal deforestation, dirty river banks, and, in some cases, political and economical interests.
