Iran could be the route for Romania’s access to the Indian Ocean and the Oman Sea
The Iranian Foreign Minister, Mohamad Javad Zarif, has said that there are premises for the development of the economic relations between Romania and Iran. The Iranian dignitary, who is on an official visit to Romania, has said that his county is a stable state at the moment and the considerable participation of the people in the elections confirms the fact that Iran is an investment friendly environment. Mohamad Javad Zarif has added that Romania has a diverse economy, with a significant development among the European states and Iran could offer an economic gate towards other regions.
Mohamad Javad Zarif: In a rather uncertain region, the large interest by the Iranian people and its presence on the political scene have turned Iran into a space that has grown from several points of view: socially, politically and economically. This fact is a certainty for investments and investors. For Romania, Iran could be a route of access to the Indian Ocean and the Oman Sea.
The Romanian deputy prime minister, Costin Borc, has said that the business people in the two countries have a variety of instruments to operate and the Government considers support measures, if necessary.
