Almost 80 pilgrims who came to Iaşi to pray to Saint Parascheva and Saint Ecateria’s relics needed medical care, four of which were transported to the hospital. In 24 hours since the beginning of the pilgrimage at the Moldova and Bucovina Mitropoly, aproximately 35 000 pilgrims managed to reach the baldachin where the relics are deposed. Other 3000 people form a queue that stretches for one kilometer, believers having to wait for approximately two hours to get to pray at Saint Parascheva’s relics.
Imobiliarium, the biggest real estate fair in the Romanian capital, starts today
Over 22 000 lodgings, in 88 residential complexes in Bucharest and its surroundings, are offered, starting today, to those interested, at the biggest real estate fair in the capital. The event is called Imobilairuin and will take place untilSunday, inside a commercial center in the north of Bucharest.
Organisers say that firms present at the fair offer discounts between 2000 and 1000 euro. Visitors will be able to see their future home and its surroundings through VR headsets vailable for each of the residential complexes proposed. Real estate specialists say that, at the moment, people buy lodging depending on its location, the distance to public transportation, surrounding facilities and the number of rooms. Therefore, three-room apartments are the most sought-after. The same specialists recommend 1 and 2 districts, the north-west of bucharest, Voluntari and Ilfov, for real estate investments. At the same time, districts 1, 4 and 6 are the best suited for First Home program.
ING Bank fined by National Authority for Consumer Protection (NACP) after some clients’ transactions were doubled at the end of last week
National Authority for Consumer Protection (NACP) fined ING Bank, after some costumers’ transactions were doubled at the end of last week. NACP decided to impose a 20 000 lei fine. The total of affected clients is over 200 000. According to the Bank, approximately 7000 of those had their transactions rejected due to the incidents, for insufficient funds. NAPC considers that consumers’ economic interests were affected. ING announced that it has returned the extra cashed sums in the affected clients’ accounts.
Credits with zero rate of interest, guaranteed by the state, due to „Invest in yourself” program
People aged 16 to 55 will be able to get, starting on Monday, credits with zero rate of interest, guaranteed by the state, due to „Invest in yourself” program. Moreover, if certain conditions are met and the one asking for a credit is an employee, they will be able to get an extra 20 000 lei sum. Documents were signed yesterday, to guarantee a program that allows people to borrow, from CEC Bank, up to 40 000 lei, for spending connected to education, health, real estate investment, culture and sports. The ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Viorica Dăncilă.
